
Terri Blair is a Licensed Professional Counselor (N.J. Board of Marriage and Family Therapy).
She provides expertise in human services, resource development, crisis management, presentation and communication skills, work and career planning, leadership and mentoring, volunteer staff development, early intervention strategies and collaborative initiatives.
Terri has a private practice that includes direct therapy and life coaching, problem resolution, career development and renewal and other personal and family concerns. She also provides in-service training, staff development, and strategic planning. Terri teaches medical and non-medical mindfulness meditation and stress management to individuals and groups.
Throughout Terri's career she has specialized in multifactorial program design, such as a back-to-work training program for the Long Branch Housing Authority that was the first of its kind in NJ. As Director of the Red Bank, N.J. Dept. of Human Services, she initiated programs ranging from education and health care options to job coaching from the N.J. Dept. of Labor.
Terri was invited to the White House to discuss her program as effective, strengths-based welfare reform.
